Established in 1850 on land purchased from Kamehameha III, Kualoa Ranch Hawaii is a privately owned, 4000-acre working cattle ranch, spread from the steep mountain cliffs to the sparkling sea. Located on the northeastern side of Oahu in the Hawaiian countryside, it is about an hour from Honolulu and Oahu’s famous North Shore beaches.

Today, as always, we work tirelessly to give superb customer service while being good stewards, we work to preserve the natural beauty of the land all while celebrating the rich history & culture of the islands.

As you arrive at Kualoa Ranch and the private boat dock at the edge of an ancient Hawaiian fishpond, the natural beauty of Hawaii surrounds you! The short trip across the 800-year-old pond will give them a glimpse of the Kualoa Mountains beyond as well as the movie site locations for 50 First Dates, You, Me, and Dupree and more!  The five-minute boat ride across the ancient fishpond takes you to Secret Island. The pathway from the boat dock to the beach is an exciting labyrinth of mangrove covered trails leading to a secluded, white-sand beach! This beach offers blue ocean waters and a relaxing environment with uncompromising views of Kaneohe Bay, China Man’s Hat and the Ko’olau Mountains.

Once on the island, you may choose to enjoy the activities available to you, such as Volleyball, Badminton, Kayaking, Ping Pong, Snorkeling and use of the Outrigger canoe!  Alternatively, like so many, they may choose to just sit on the heavenly beach or in a cool hammock and enjoy all that is “Secret Island”.

Transportation:
Transportation information (type of vehicle & schedule) will be determined closer to the event date based on registration.

Timing: 
– Access to Secret Island is from 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
– Picnic is set to begin at approximately 11:30 a.m.
– Please note: Timing may be adjusted as needed based on registration

The island offers both water sports and beach games.  You can also just relax on the sand or in a hammock!

– You’re welcome to bring you own snacks and water – just no alcohol and no glass bottles, please!

If you wish to participate in an optional add-on activity at the Ranch – we recommend a morning activity so that you’re able to join us in time for lunch!
